1. Scope
These Terms govern all purchases made through Ledré Designs, Switzerland. By placing an order, the client accepts these Terms in full.

2. Nature of the Products
Every Ledré creation is handcrafted.
Natural variations in leather, wood, stitching, texture or tone are part of the artistic character and not considered defects.

3. Orders & Availability
All items are subject to availability. Some pieces are one-of-one artworks.
Ledré Designs may accept or decline orders for quality or production reasons.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in CHF and, where available, ETH.
Payments can be made through the methods displayed at checkout.

Price Adjustments
Due to the natural volatility of cryptocurrency markets, prices displayed in ETH may be adjusted at any time to reflect current market value.
The final payable price is confirmed at checkout and must be settled immediately to secure the rate.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates.
Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, returns are accepted only for:
– incorrect deliveries
– confirmed manufacturing defects

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the piece.

8. NFT Certificate
Some artworks include a digital NFT confirming authenticity.
The user is responsible for wallet access and key security.

9. Custom Orders
Custom-made and personalised pieces are final and cannot be returned or cancelled once confirmed.

10. Intellectual Property
All artworks, designs, texts and digital assets belong exclusively to Ledré Designs.

11. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the purchase value of the item.
Indirect or consequential damages are excluded.

12. Data Protection
Customer data is handled confidentially and only for order fulfilment and communication.

13. Governing Law
Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction: Canton Bern.

We collect only the information required to process orders, communicate with customers, and comply with legal obligations.

Data collected:
– Name, address, contact information
– Order and payment details
– Delivery information
– Technical data such as IP, browser type, pages visited

Purpose of processing:
– Order fulfilment
– Customer communication
– Accounting and legal compliance
– Website optimisation

Data sharing:
Only with trusted service providers such as:
– payment processors
– shipping partners
– hosting providers

Your rights:
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data as permitted by Swiss law.

Non-returnable:
– Custom-made pieces
– Personalised artworks
– Used or altered items

Eligible returns:
– Wrong item delivered
– Confirmed manufacturing defects

Conditions:
– Request must be made within 7 days
– Item must be unused and in original condition
– All certificates and accessories must be included

Refunds:
Issued after inspection and approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

Alternative:
Repairs or restoration may be available through the Ledré Atelier.
